Information we hold

Your email address, account type, locale and timezone, the QR codes you create and the subscription state returned by our payment provider.

Scan analytics

When a QR code is scanned we record the time and an approximate location at country, region and city level. Visitor IP addresses are not stored, and we do not collect precise GPS locations or device fingerprints.

Retention

Analytics retention follows your plan. Expired scan records are aggregated or deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can export your account data and request deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings. Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately.
